The Next Meeting of Topographic Working Groups of Government Delegations of Tajikistan and Kyrgyzstan Took Place in Buston

DUSHANBE, 08.11.2023 /NIAT “Khovar”/. In accordance with the agreement reached, from November 1 to November 8, 2023, a regular meeting of topographic working groups of the government delegations of the Republic of Tajikistan and the Kyrgyz Republic on the delimitation and demarcation of the Tajik-Kyrgyz state border was held in Buston, Sughd region of the Republic of Tajikistan. NIAT “Khovar” reports this.

Topographic working groups agreed on 17.98 km of the Tajik-Kyrgyz state border. As a result, the corresponding Protocol was signed. The meeting took place in an atmosphere of friendship and mutual understanding.

The parties will continue to work on describing the remaining areas at the next meeting, which will take place on the territory of the Kyrgyz Republic.
