The President of the Republic of Tajikistan Emomali Rahmon opened 24 border outposts on the border, the Kazinform agency reports with reference to KHOVAR.

First, Emomali Rahmon commissioned the Kokul border outpost in the Farkhor region, and later border outposts were commissioned in the Lakhsh and Shamsiddin Shokhin regions of the Khatlon region, in the Rushan, Ishkashim, Murgab regions and in the city of Khorog of the Gorno-Badakhshan Autonomous Region.

In total, 24 border outposts and 96 apartments for officers were put into operation on the border of the Republic of Tajikistan.
