On April 10-11 this year, President of Turkmenistan Serdar Berdimuhamedov will visit Tajikistan. This was reported by the press service of the President of Tajikistan.
During the planned trip, Serdar Berdimuhamedov will have a number of meetings with representatives of the Government of Tajikistan. During the forthcoming meetings, the possibilities of interstate cooperation in various fields and directions will be discussed.
It is also reported that before the official visit of the President of Turkmenistan to Tajikistan, on April 8-9, a business forum of entrepreneurs of the two countries will be held in Dushanbe. More than one hundred representatives of the Turkmen business and over two hundred representatives of the business circles of Tajikistan will take part in the conference. It is noted that the trade turnover between the states in the first months of 2023 increased by almost 2% compared to the same period last year.
