President of Tajikistan Emomali Rahmon, in accordance with Article 69 of the Constitution of the Republic of Tajikistan, signed a decree on the dismissal and appointment of judges in cities and regions of the country, the press service of the head of state reports.
Decree released and appointed:
- Rahmonzoda Sharif Faiz from the post of Deputy Chairman of the Kulyab City Court of the Khatlon Region and appoint a judge of the Gorno-Badakhshan Autonomous Region.
- To dismiss Mahmudzod Azamatsho Safar from the post of judge of the Vanj district court and appoint him as a judge of the Rudaki district court.
- Release Zikirzod Loik Khursandkul from the post of chairman of the Bobojon Gafurov district court of the Sughd region and appoint him the chairman of the court of the city of Dushanbe.
- To appoint Ahmadzod Jamshed Anvarkhon as the chairman of the Rudaki district court.
- To release Shokhiyon Muhammadsaid Alimardon from the post of the first deputy of the Gissar city court and appoint him as a judge of the Dushanbe city court.
- To dismiss Nurzod Sayvali from the post of judge of the Kulyab city court of Khatlon region and appoint him as a judge of the Dushanbe city court.
- Release Rajabzoda Hotam Nazar from the post of chairman of the court of the Dushanbe garrison and appoint him chairman of the Rudaki district court.
- To release Khabibullozoda Khairullo from the post of Deputy Chairman of the Vahdat City Court and appoint him as the First Deputy Chairman of the Vahdat City Court.
- To release Asrori Iftikhor Kurbon from the position of a judge of the court of the Rudaki district and appoint him as the deputy chairman of the court of the city of Vahdat.
- To release Kurboniyon Bakhriddin Samariddin from the position of a judge of the economic court of Khatlon region and appoint the deputy chairman of the economic court of Khatlon region.
