The Glazov Court Expelled a Citizen of Tajikistan From Russia

He understood that he was living in our country without permits and he himself intended to go to his family

By a decision of the judge of the Glazovsky District Court of the Urals, a citizen of the Republic of Tajikistan was expelled from the Russian Federation for violating migration legislation, the press service of the court reported.

— When considering the case, the judge established that a citizen of the Republic of Tajikistan resides on the territory of the Russian Federation without documents confirming the right to stay in Russia. Upon arrival from a foreign country, he was registered with the migration authorities. After the end of this period, he did not leave the territory of the Russian Federation. It was also established that previously a citizen of the Republic of Tajikistan was held administratively liable by a court in another region for committing a similar offense with a fine and deportation from the Russian Federation, the press service reported.

The man himself did not deny that he was breaking the law. He explained that he has a family living in Tajikistan, where he intends to go in the near future. I was unable to obtain a patent within the prescribed period due to illness.

The judge found the citizen of the Republic of Tajikistan guilty of committing an administrative offense under Part 1.1 of Art. 18.8 Code of Administrative Offenses of the Russian Federation.
