Tajikistan Will Develop Physical Sports on the Eve of the International Multi-sport Tournament “Games of the Future”


On September 11, within the framework of the VIII Eastern Economic Forum, an agreement of intent for cooperation was signed between the Computer Sports Federation of the Republic of Tajikistan and the “Games of the Future” project.

“Our federation will strive to create conditions for the physical and digital development of the younger generation in Tajikistan. We also believe that the development of physical sports will help our young players develop skills in technology, teamwork and strategic thinking. We are proud that our federation will participate in the international tournament “Games of the Future”. We hope for fruitful cooperation,” said the vice-president of the Computer Sports Federation of the Republic of Tajikistan, Pulod Rakhimovich Mukhtarov.
Tajikistan became the 15th country to enter into a partnership agreement with the Future Games project. Previously, China, Serbia, Belarus, Argentina, Brazil, Vietnam, Israel, Iran, Peru, Nigeria, Thailand, Bulgaria and Uruguay joined the Games.

“I would like to express my gratitude to the Esports Federation of Tajikistan for its readiness to cooperate and desire to take part in the first international tournament of the innovative format “Games of the Future”, which will take place in 2024 in Kazan! Our partnership will allow us to disseminate information about physical sports and new disciplines, physical tournaments, assist in finding high-level athletes, sponsors, influencers, popularize the multi-sport tournament “Games of the Future” and create conditions for the physical and digital development of the younger generation in Tajikistan,” explained Igor Stolyarov, head of the “Games of the Future” project.
