“A batch of honey imported without veterinary accompanying documents, without the permission of the Rosselkhoznadzor for import, without labeling, without factory packaging, in order to prevent the spread of infectious diseases common to animals and humans on the territory of the Russian Federation, was seized and destroyed,” the ministry said in a statement.
A passenger who violated veterinary and sanitary requirements in the customs territory of the Eurasian Economic Union, in accordance with the current legislation of the Russian Federation, was brought to administrative responsibility under Article 10.8 of the Code of Administrative Offenses of the Russian Federation.
