The authorities of Tajikistan have announced the decision to establish an enterprise for the production of electric cars or electric cars.
According to Dushanbe authorities, this will be a joint venture between Tajikistan and China, where 1,500 electric cars will be produced annually. In this regard, during the visit of Rustam Emomali, the chairman of the National Assembly of Tajikistan and the mayor of Dushanbe to China, an agreement was signed between “Avesto Group” and the Chinese company “Jinchuen”.
“Avesto group” is called the company of people close to Rustam Emomali, the mayor of Dushanbe and the son of President Emomali Rahmon. This group was founded in 2016 and till now it has many industries under its control. From the production of “Sioma” water to the passenger sector and the payment of fares through plastic cards.
In general, according to the press office of the National Assembly, during the visit of Rustam Emomali and an official delegation of Tajikistan to China, an agreement worth 400 million dollars was signed between several Chinese and Tajik commercial and manufacturing companies, including the Chinese company “Runjaong Holding Group” with the enterprise ” “Azot” of Tajikistan signed an agreement on the production of urea and with the company “Aziya kemikal” on the basis of the construction of a factory for the production of urea. The mentioned companies are close to the Tajik government and the mayor’s office.
According to official reports, Rustam Emomali, the mayor of Dushanbe and the son of President Emomali Rahmon, participated and spoke at the opening ceremony of the bust of Abu Abdullah Rudaki at Beijing University of Languages and Culture on August 22. 9,000 students from many countries studied in this university.
The visit of the mayor of Dushanbe and the chairman of the National Assembly to China began on August 20 and is scheduled to end today on August 23. The purpose of this visit is officially to strengthen cooperation between the two strategic friendly countries. However, experts say that one of the main goals of this trip is to introduce Rustam Emomali as the main potential successor of President Rahmon.
After 2000, Dushanbe became closer to Beijing, and dozens of Chinese companies entered Tajikistan. Western experts have repeatedly warned Tajikistan about the danger of China’s influence, especially its huge loans, but the Tajik authorities do not accept this.
